The location is right next to the tube, making it super easy to explore. Plus, Hyde Park is just across the street! My room was comfy and spacious compared to other spots I've stayed at. The decor is a nice blend of modern and classic, giving off great vibes. We had a fantastic view from our room, perfect for our family!

Had a great time with friends! We visited Kensington Gardens and the Victoria & Albert Museum. The staff were really helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, right next to the tube and great places to eat. Breakfast was nice, although not included, and there's a shop around the corner for fresh juice.

The only downside was that the smell in the lobby was overpowering throughout our stay. it made for an unpleasant first impression.

The location is just amazing! Right across from the park, it made morning walks a must, feeling the fresh air, and let's not forget the tube station right next door, so convenient, perfect for exploring.

Perfectly situated just steps from a beautiful park, the Queen Guestroom with View offered stunning sights and a cozy ambiance. The cleanliness and modern design of the room impressed me, alongside the elegance of the bar and restaurant. While the helpful check-in staff was appreciated, the room size felt slightly underwhelming, and it would have been nicer to open the windows more traditionally.

the location is perfect, right across from hyde park. my room had a comfy bed, flat-screen tv, and good internet. also liked the air conditioning and free toiletries provided. the staff were super helpful and accommodating. breakfast was nice, with freshly baked croissants and a cozy dining area. overall, a neat place to stay.

Now, lemme tell you about the culinary gems nearby! Lo Spuntino served the most delish Italian bites that had me coming back for more. On top of that, their breakfast was a solid start to our day, though pricey. The staff were sweet, quick to handle our needs, and ever so efficient with our luggage storage!

Unfortunately, the bar scene was a bit lackluster, closing early and lacking in choices. Plus, we got shunted to the basement family room which came with a fake window and noisy disturbances—hardly a good night's kip. the lack of coffee in the room was a bummer for us used to that American standard.
